Fabricated Aluminum Soccer Goal for the Athletics Industry

In-line with our capabilities as a premium metal supplier and custom metal parts fabricator, Industrial Alloys was contracted by a customer in the athletics industry to fabricate the soccer goal as shown here. 6061-T6 aluminum tube was formed with our cutting edge Baleigh RMD 350 tube bender to meet the exacting required profile, holding a tight tolerance of ± 0.0625" and an angular tolerance of ± 1° throughout construction. A 100% dimensional inspection was applied to the completed unit, to verify accuracy and quality.

There were 225 goals constructed for this project within 1 week, and shipped to the customer in Matthews, North Carolina. The customer specifications, as well as our own quality standards were upheld during this fabrication, reflecting the culture of quality.
